The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK
Founded in 1886, the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK (ICCIUK) is a private, not-for-profit, membership organisation that represents the local Italian-British business community and promotes business relationships between Italy and the UK.
We bring together businesses – ranging from individual entrepreneurs to large corporations – and advance the interests of our members through contacts and interaction with Italian and British government agencies, trade associations and leading international organisations. The ICCIUK is a member of Assocamerestero, the world association of Italian bi-national chambers, and is affiliated with the Council of Foreign Chambers in the UK.
Thanks to our members and vast network of partners, we provide vital knowledge, contacts and tailor-made assistance to companies and organisations exploring the prospects of bilateral trade between the two countries. We help Italian companies enter into the UK market, from the early stage of establishing their business, through to finding suitable commercial partners, and gaining exposure thanks to our networking opportunities, publications and marketing campaigns. Through our seminars and networking events, we provide our members with privileged access to industry-specific insights and expertise, and create opportunities for high-level networking among potential business partners. Furthermore, we frequently organise sector-oriented events – such as workshops, trade missions, round tables etc – as well as Italian pavilions at the main trade fairs in the UK.
Our London offices are based in 1 Princes Street, just one minute from Oxford Circus station. We also have branches in Edinburgh and Manchester, providing regional expertise to those companies interested in the North-West and Scotland. Furthermore, we have a strong footprint in Italy and dedicated resources able to assist UK businesses in events, partnerships and networking opportunities throughout Italy.
